Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pet Waste Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, enjoy working outside with animals, and manage a weekly schedule without direct supervision. This role requires the technician to travel in company vehicle from home to home to provide pet waste removal services. The Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring each job is completed to our 100% satisfaction guarantee standards. Initial on job training provided to familiarize you with our service areas in and around the midlands of SC.
Responsibilities
- Remove pet waste from customer yards and double bag for disposal.
- Communicate services, schedules and any issues or concerns with customers
- Interact with dogs on a daily basis while performing job duties
- Service Community Pet Waste Stations and Trash cans on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule
- Distribute marketing materials as needed.
- Manage a daily schedule via our web based scheduling app through a smart device to communicate
- Provide exceptional customer service while on-site, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs expected
Skills
- Strong Customer Service attitude.
- Comfort around multiple animals in their environment
- Ability to manage a daily schedule for efficiency and accuracy
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of field service operations, including scheduling and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with operating simple web applications
- Ability to work drug free on time and every time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
