What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at Doo Care?
Job Summary
DOO CARE, the Chicagoland area's largest pest waste removal company is looking for a part-time person to work in their office 2-3 days a week to help out with customer service and other office related tasks. Strong e-mail and phone skills are a must.
There is potentially some flexibility in the hours and days for the right candidate. This is an in-office positional though and not a remote job. Additional hours are available during the busy season (Spring) as well.
Daily activities include:
-responding to new service inquiries and signing up new customers for service via email.
-returning new service phone calls and signing up new customers for service via the phone
-responding to current customer questions and complaints via both phone and email
-entering new customer information into scheduling/routing/accounting system
-collect unpaid bills and update customer credit card information
This is a small office atmosphere with 7-10 employees in the office. Casual setting (no dress code) located in an office complex in Lombard by Yorktown Mall. Looking for a candidate who can not only perform the tasks, but also has a willingness to learn and grow with the company. There is a potential for this position to turn into full-time for the right candidate.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
