What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service & Mobile Baking Manager position at DonutNV West Valley, AZ?
We’re looking for an experienced quick service food manager with a great attitude, proper identification and means of transportation. An ideal candidate would have, and/or be able to perform:
· A Food Manager Certification, or the ability to pass a certification course.
· Weekend and holiday availability.
· Operate the DonutNV donut machine, make donuts and know how to work the machine with ease. The manager would be responsible for making donuts and be able to address any sudden equipment issues with ease as to avoid any loss of sales or downtime. The manager would also be responsible for reporting any donut machine issues to senior management or franchise owner.
· Routine cleaning of DonutNV mobile unit and DonutNV machine.
· Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 30lbs of supply or equipment.
· Candidates would be expected to manage a small team of people and motivate them to build sales and carry out basic tasks.
· Assist in setup and breakdown of mobile unit, making lemonade, coffee, etc.
· Carrying out all logistics of event processes from cataloging inventory needed, setting a menu, setup/breakdown of trailer, operating a point-of-sale system, correspondence with event coordinator/manager(s), and adhering to a monthly calendar of events.
· It would be an expectation to tow the DonutNV mobile unit to events and storage space. Trailer towing experience would be ideal; however, training would be provided to candidates with no prior experience.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
