What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Donut Shop Helper (The Village, OK) position at Donut Palace?
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Cashier / Donut Shop Helper to join our team (full-time or part-time)!
- Full-time: 5AM - 1PM
- Part-time: 6AM - 1PM (FRIDAYS TO SUNDAYS ONLY)
This is a hands-on position in a busy donut shop. In addition to cashier responsibilities, you’ll help keep the shop clean and organized, assist the baker when needed, and pitch in wherever help is needed to keep the shop running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
-Take customer orders and operate the cash register/POS system
-Handle cash and card payments accurately
-Package donuts and other products for customers
-Keep the front counter, dining area, and work areas clean and organized
-Assist with cleaning dishes, equipment, floors, and other areas as needed
-Help the baker with basic tasks, preparation, packaging, and cleanup
-Restock supplies and products as needed
-Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop
-Assist other team members during busy periods
-Perform other general shop duties as needed

Schedule:
Our business hours are 5:00 AM–1:00 PM, so applicants must be comfortable with early-morning work.
Compensation:
Starting pay: $12/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
