Donut Land Barista

Donut Land is looking for a dependable, proactive barista member who wants to grow with the company over the long term. Min Wage Tip (Average $5 a hour)

This position begins as a crew role supporting our Newberg and Tualatin locations. You will learn the operation, build trust with the team, and earn additional responsibility through consistent performance.

We believe leadership should be earned. You will not be hired directly into a management position. As you prove your reliability, initiative, communication, and ability to help others succeed, you may have opportunities to advance into leadership and future operator roles as Donut Land continues to grow and open new stores.

Schedule Requirements

• Availability is required every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Must be able to close at least two days per week
• Must be willing to work between our Newberg and Tualatin locations
• Reliable transportation between locations is required

Compensation

• Starting wage: applicable minimum wage plus tips

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and serve donuts, coffee, and other products
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and speed
• Support opening, closing, prep, and daily store operations
• Work at both Newberg and Tualatin locations as needed
• Help create a positive and accountable team environment
• Notice problems and communicate solutions
• Support and encourage other team members
• Take on additional responsibilities as you earn trust
• Help maintain consistent standards during busy shifts
