Position Overview

At Donut Factory, we are not just making donuts — we are building a brand known for quality, consistency, and speed.

We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals who take pride in their work and can perform in a fast-paced, early-morning production environment.

This role is hands-on, physical, and performance-driven — not for people looking to coast.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Producing high-quality donuts following exact recipes and standards
• Mixing, frying, glazing, filling, and finishing donuts with consistency
• Maintaining speed and efficiency during production hours
• Keeping your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Following food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Working as part of a team to hit daily production goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods (6–10 hours)
• Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency

Schedule & Availability

• Must have flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Typical shifts start very early (as early as 2–4 AM depending on role)

Trial Period (Important)

• All hires begin with a 1–2 week trial period
• This is a performance-based evaluation — we are assessing:
• Work ethic

• Attention to detail
• Reliability
