What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Donsco Inc?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
1. Sweep and mop area as assigned.
2. Clean rest room, offices, canteen, and hallways as assigned
3. Spot wash walls, lockers, and doors
4. Change light bulbs
5. Empty trash
6. Clean windows.
7. Replenish expendable products.
8. Pick up paper, cans, and trash in parking lot and outside building.
9. Clean and dust desks, tables and counter tops.
10. Shampoo carpets as required.
11. Adheres to 6s and safety procedures.
12. Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS (BACKGROUND/SKILL/TRAINING):
1. High school diploma or GED is required
2. Detail oriented and ability to multi task.
3. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently or as a team.
4. Reads and understands English.
5. Able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs routinely; Up to 75lbs occasionally.
6. Able to work over-time as required.
