Customer Service Representative

Donsco Inc. is a single-source supplier of high-quality cast iron parts for industrial applications. The company specializes in the production of both gray and ductile iron castings, offering a wide range of services including prototypes, CNC tooling, short-run replacement parts, high-volume production, machining, painting, sub-assembly, final assembly, and distribution. Donsco also provides specialty alloys such as Ni-Hard, Ni-Resist, and High Silicon Molybdenum. This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in York, PA. The representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers. The role includes coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive customer experience to support the company's operations and client satisfaction goals.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and handling customer concerns with professionalism
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage records, track orders, and ensure accuracy in all interactions
• Proficiency in using customer management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other computer applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests and priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
