Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paint Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in painting and drywall. This role is crucial in dealing with homeowners and/or custom builders.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and manage a team of workers, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitor schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Prepare reports/updates to upper management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong construction/paint knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
