We're currently seeking a Paralegal to join our dedicated legal team. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be hands-on with meaningful work that makes a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct legal, medical, and social research to support case strategy
- Manage cases from inception through trial preparation
- Review and summarize discovery materials
- Identify medical providers and manage the collection and organization of records
- Analyze and summarize medical and other relevant documents
- Draft initial discovery responses for attorney review
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom readiness
What You’ll Bring:
- A degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience in Clio Manage is a plus
- Experience with legal research platforms like WestlawNext and/or LexisNexis Advance
- Tech-savvy mindset — familiarity with AI tools in legal work is a plus!
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and time-management skills
