About the role

Just earned your CDL-A and ready to start? We are hiring recent graduates out of Laredo, TX for a dedicated dry van position with zero experience minimums, no training contracts, and no 30-day OTR stints before you see home. You'll run dedicated statewide lanes entirely within Texas, earn $1,400–$1,500 per week on average, and be home every single week — not bi-weekly, not "when loads allow." Pay & compensation

• Annual pay: $73,000 – $78,000
• Average weekly pay: $1,400 – $1,500
• CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
• Weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,300 miles
• Sign-on bonus: $1,500

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must reside within 100 miles of Laredo, TX
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
• Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
