Solutions Developer
DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Solutions Developer. The Solutions Developer executes on application development under the guidance of the Director, Analytics & Technology. This position performs all phases of software development from gathering requirements for execution, testing, and maintenance. Developed solutions can range from custom implementations of existing frameworks to in-house developed scripts and applications. The Solutions Developer will interface with project managers and end-users. Mature solutions can be transitioned to be supported by Business Intelligence and/or Information Technology.
This position will be hybrid in the Murray, UT office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Training/Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required, Master's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full stack development and technical architecture
- Preference may be given to those with a minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack development and technical architecture, with a focus on healthcare data integration
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript), web development frameworks, and database technologies (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with coordinating development with small teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full stack solutions tailored to operational and mission support teams
- Lead the development of web applications, including front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and performance
- Specialize in integrating diverse healthcare and business operation data sources, ensuring data interoperability and security
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring best practices and high-quality code
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution
- Work closely with stakeholders, including operations, business intelligence, and IT teams, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving our solutions and processes
- Able to work well independently and to prioritize work
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
