The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in achieving sales quotas, and a passion for nurturing strong client relationships in person. As an Outbound Account Executive, you will be instrumental in propelling Donorbox's sales growth, primarily focusing on closing deals using a value-based sales approach. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, discovering pain points, building a pipeline, conducting discovery sessions via zoom and in person, attending events/conferences, and positioning Donorbox as the right solution for non-profits.You will be a part of one of the best remote work environments, fostering a collaborative sales culture dedicated to innovation and the personal development of its team members, while maintaining a fun and rewarding atmosphere.
