Essential Function
- Deliver a warm, engaging guest experience through efficient check-in/check-out and personalized service
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries in a timely and service-focused manner
- Maintain organized records and process payments, cash, and transactions responsibly
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Support team members during peak periods and contribute to a positive team environment
- Uphold Hilton and Canopy brand standards, policies, and safety procedures
- 1 year in a front desk position required.
- Strong guest service mindset with a warm, professional presence
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Problem-solving skills with sound judgment
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management systems (OnQ preferred)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
- The hotel operates 24/7, requiring department schedules to adapt to varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
- Employees must comply with all hotel-established work rules, procedures, and policies, including those outlined in the employee handbook.
