Complete Building Services is hiring a Maintenance Trades Helper (MTH) to join our team at a large government facility in Washington, DC. The MTH performs general maintenance and repair under the immediate supervision of the Chief Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, or any employee designated by the employer. Salary $32.67 Work schedule M-F 700 am to 300 pm.

Requires practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

Work involves a variety of the following duties

• Assisting HVAC Mechanics and Engineers in the performance of Preventive Maintenance and service calls
• Replacing electrical receptacles, lighting fixtures and bulbs, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors; repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets
• Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery to include filter changes and system cleaning.
• Assists in performance of tours and watches
