Responsibilities
Complete Building Services is seeking a CMMS Specialist to support and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including asset, work order, and inventory functions.
*This position is contingent upon contract award*
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the CMMS (IBM Maximo or similar COTS system).
Manage asset, work order, and inventory data.
Support users with CMMS functions and basic training.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of system data.
Generate basic reports as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience using a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) CMMS, preferably IBM Maximo.
Knowledge of user functions, asset management, work orders, and inventory management.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI background check.
