Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to assist with day-to-day property management operations for residential properties located in Fitchburg, MA. This role involves handling maintenance requests, performing general repairs, and helping keep properties in good condition for tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete maintenance and repair requests
- Perform general handyman tasks (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
- Assist with routine property inspections and upkeep
- Help maintain the overall condition and safety of properties
- Communicate with property management regarding completed work and needed repairs
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic handyman / maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry maintenance equipment as needed
Preferred (Not Required):
- Owning your own tools
- Prior property maintenance or property management experience
