Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Dust surfaces, clean windows, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and care for flooring using proper floor care techniques
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of cleaning tools and equipment; ensure proper storage and safety protocols are followed
• Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or housekeeping management preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning methods, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitation products; ability to select appropriate supplies for different tasks

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
