Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks. Duties

• Safely operate a box truck or other delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured and handled with care.
• Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks when necessary.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Experience

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols is essential.
• Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Customer service skills are vital for interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in loading/unloading operations.
