Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide live-in personal care services for a client in a private home setting in Matamoras, PA.
Care is provided by a team of caregivers working 12-hour shifts to ensure continuous support and safety. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while providing professional and respectful care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and supervision during scheduled 12-hour shifts as part of a 24-hour care team
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care
- Provide companionship and supportive interaction
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior to supervisors
- Provide medication reminders when appropriate
- Follow all care plans, company policies, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and documentation as required
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving, home care, or personal care experience preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to assist with mobility and personal care safely
- Ability to follow care plans and company procedures
- Must comply with all required background check requirements
Work Environment
- Private home setting
- Team-based 24-hour care coverage using rotating 12-hour shifts
