Duties

• Perform comprehensive plumbing system inspections using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
• Conduct drain cleaning and sewer line repairs utilizing hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. This includes operating different types of new equipment and technology.
• Maintain and repair sewer systems, including residential and commercial plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with local building codes.
• Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites promptly while adhering to commercial driving standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction throughout every project.

Skills

• Proficiency with plumbing inspection cameras
• Strong mechanical knowledge of sewer systems and plumbing system maintenance.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, drain cleaning equipment and construction site safety protocols.
