Cashier / Food Prep Team Member Zen Café
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking person to join our team at Zen Café in Bethlehem, PA!
We're especially looking for someone with food preparation experience, excellent customer service skills, and flexible availability.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a café, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Someone dependable, punctual, and committed to their scheduled shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to follow recipes and preparation standards.
- A team player who is happy to help with different responsibilities throughout the day.
Job responsibilities:
- Preparing our Japanese sandos, breakfast sandwiches, and other café food items.
- Taking customer orders and operating the register.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assisting with daily café operations as needed.
IMPORTANT: We're looking for someone who can make a long-term commitment to our team and be flexible with the schedule we provide. Since our staffing needs may change throughout the week, we're hoping to find someone who can adapt and help wherever needed.

Pay$14 dollars per hour tips
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week
