What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Account Executive position at Doner?
What You'll Do:
- Manage and lead client relationships and facilitate brand initiatives by bringing forward new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance the client’s business, the client relationship, or the work
- Develop, manage, and track creative projects from forecast stage through actual execution
- Develop creative briefs working with account planning and senior leadership
- Manage project creative and production work starts
- Create project communication plans including emails, project roll out guides, and creative summary decks
- Provide guidance to other team members to ensure compliance and understanding of the creative and production process
- Track and analyze client’s business performance; uses learning to drive the development of marketing and communications plans
- Manage internal and external communications including memos, conference reports, etc.
- Develop competitive reports
- Ability to train and grow team members
- Manage billing activity
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Related field
- 4 years of relevant industry and advertising experience
- Excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as a team member and be collaborative
- Ability to prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines often change.
- Decisive and effective problem solver
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with both digital and traditional production projects is desired
- Motivated to further develop strategic thinking skills
- CPG experience a bonus
