What are the responsibilities and job description for the Integrated Producer position at Doner?
The Integrated Producer, works as part of the Broadcast/Integrated Production department, working with the following stakeholders: Account Services, Creative Services, Project Management, Business Affairs, Production Operations, Internal Studios, Traffic/Ad Ops, and External Vendors. The Integrated Producer manages all aspects of the production and post-production workflows. This includes schedule development, securing bids, budget preparation, coordinating service resourcing through final asset completion. Integrated Producer will be expected to manage internal and external videos, radio commercials, and low to middle weight TV commercials/social content - inclusive of shoot management and still productions. Integrated Producer is a role that has some shooting production experience, a solid post-production foundation and excited to continue to refine their producing craft. As technology and AI evolves and changes, producers are expected to, as well. Producers will need to have an understanding of different AI tools and platforms. A willingness to learn and be solution oriented is a must for all producers.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for production and post-production process
- Assess creative concepts and client budgets and determine executional alignment
- Determine appropriate resources, production solutions and elevate creative vision (where appropriate)
- Manage production workflow of deliverables, schedule and budget
- Work with Business Affairs to prepare estimates/cast talent/assess production risks
- Anticipate needs and manage expectations and respond to spec changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
- Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5 years of experience in Agency Production
- Self-training/Self-Opportunity for personal Career and Technical Skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Presenter – Internal/External Stakeholders
- Self-managed production tasks with Director of Production oversight
- Must be able to carry multiple projects at a time
- Client service oriented
- Flexible in work approach with strong work ethic
- Willing to travel, work evenings and weekends (as needed)
- Well-versed in multiple generative AI platforms
- Well-versed in edit programs/software a plus
