As part of our customer service team, you’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships and boosting repeat business through outstanding service and upselling in our drop-off dry cleaning and laundry storefront in Chatham County, NC.

You must have an eye for detail when it comes to pricing and notating orders that are dropped off and collected. You should be able to process and label orders quickly and accurately, and follow standard operating procedures for prepping, inspecting, and labeling items to be sent to our local dry cleaning and laundry facility team.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members in our local dry cleaning and laundry facility

• Accurately price, label, and sort items before sending them to our local dry cleaning and laundry facility

• Be the long-term face of done4Ulaundry at our upscale drop store near the Governor’s Club

• A commitment to performing mistake-free work with precision

• Experience helping small businesses grow and retain customers

• Ability to thrive during busy morning and lunch rushes while managing downtime efficiently

• A team-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering top-notch service

• Willingness to hand out flyers during downtime to generate new business

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative with done4Ulaundry, you’ll be essential in delivering 5-star service to our customers in Chatham County. While this is an entry-level position, it offers opportunities for growth in management, sales, operations, and more. You’ll also have the chance to earn extra income through incentive programs.

Requirements:

• Deliver exceptional customer service that leads to repeat and referred business

• Ability to sell products and upsell pickup & delivery services

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Strong basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

• Excellent attendance and reliability

• High attention to detail

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
