Done Well Trailer & Body Syracuse is looking for a highly motivated individual to be part of our team. Office Coordinator responsibilities and duties:
- Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
- Making online Bank Deposits and processing credit card payments
- Scanning documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
- Preparing or processing invoices or estimates
- Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
Office Coordinator qualifications and skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong Administrative Skills
- Strong computer skills, QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Strong organization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
