Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inspection, testing, servicing, and installation of fire suppression systems and fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Supervise a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair work for clients.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the proper functioning and certification of fire safety systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, including inspections, repairs, and certifications.
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs, cost estimates, and compliance requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and new product offerings.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fire suppression system and fire extinguisher service.
- Proficiency in working with Ansul, PyroChem, Badger, and Buckeye fire suppression systems.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in fire safety.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Fire suppression or extinguisher certification(s) related to Ansul, PyroChem, Badger, and Buckeye systems.
- Experience managing a service team or department in the fire safety industry.
- Fire Sprinkler Systems and Standpipe knowledge is a PLUS
