We are seeking a motivated and experienced Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Assist with interpreting construction plans and technical drawings to support project execution
- Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials and equipment
- Conduct erosion control measures to protect work sites from environmental impact
- Operate power tools and equipment safely for various construction activities
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and other structures while adhering to safety regulations
- Support equipment repair and maintenance to ensure operational readiness
- Implement OSHA safety standards and workplace safety regulations throughout all tasks
- Follow construction workplace safety procedures including respiratory protection protocols
- Assist with the installation of erosion control barriers and other site protection measures
- Contribute to the safe handling of materials and tools in accordance with heavy lifting guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven industrial construction experience with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance
- Experience with erosion control techniques and environmental protection measures
- Skilled in manual handling, heavy lifting, climbing, and working at heights safely
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and implementation of safety regulations on-site
- Knowledge of respiratory protection equipment and proper usage protocols
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and technical plans effectively
- Strong work ethic with a focus on workplace safety and team collaboration
