Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager – Allied Crane
Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing operations and sales processes for Allied Crane. This role manages projects from cradle to grave, requiring the ability to organize, lead and support day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor production and ensure that projects are completed on time and under budget.
- Identify new opportunities in the market and provide input for pricing and services.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor financial performance, including job costing, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Schedule and allocate cranes, transportation, and crews.
- Maintain an organized, safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Provide status reports regarding production and anticipated challenges to company leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction.
- Proven experience in sales growth and operations management.
- Ability to interpret plans and provide clear direction regarding all required specifications.
- Must have knowledge of and strict adherence to OSHA Construction Standards.
- Ability to collaborate with others, including peers, clients and code officials.
- Must stay current on emerging industry trends/technology and pursue continuous improvement.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NCCCO certification is highly preferred but not required.
