Job Title: Contract Administrator
Job Responsibilities: This is an entry-level position that supports Construction Project Managers in an administrative capacity:
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and follow-up as needed
- Coordinate and process required paperwork
- Provide administrative support to the Estimating department, project managers and field leadership
- Recommend and support process improvements
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships, both inside and outside the organization
- Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, some college preferred, but not required.
- Background in construction and accounts payable preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with ViewPoint software helpful, but not required.
- Working and demonstrable knowledge of MS Office software.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain organization and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be energetic, flexible and a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with several levels of the organization.
