Responsibilities
- Prepare work sites by setting up forms, rebar, wire, and grading stone using hand tools and power tools.
- Install rebar and metal framing to reinforce concrete structures according to schematics and blueprints.
- Perform finishing tasks including troweling, smoothing, caulking, and sealing concrete surfaces.
Qualifications
- Prior construction site experience with a focus on concrete work or related trades such as masonry or carpentry
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, power equipment, and heavy machinery used in concrete operations
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and concrete handling
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is a plus Class A CDL with valid medical card and combination endorsement would be a huge plus
