Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team at Donau Marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth and building strong, lasting relationships with local small businesses. You won’t be stuck behind a desk — instead, you’ll be out in the Charlotte community meeting business owners face-to-face, picking up the phone to start real conversations, and helping clients discover marketing solutions that truly fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire, and retain small business clients
• Visit clients onsite in Charlotte and surrounding areas
• Communicate with prospects and customers by phone and in person
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and negotiations
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Represent Donau Marketing as a trusted partner in the business community

Qualifications

• Sales experience (B2B preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills (phone & in-person)
• Skills in negotiation and closing deals
• Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Base salary commission
• Total earnings potential: $70,000 – $150,000 annually (uncapped)
• Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
• Mileage reimbursement for client visits
• Paid training and continuous professional development
