Sales Area Manager

As part of the continued growth of our U.S. branch, Donatoni America based in Greensboro, NC 27410, we are looking for a highly motivated:

SALES AREA MANAGER – EAST COAST

We are looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing Donatoni's business across the East Coast of the United States.

This is a strongly field-oriented sales role, with approximately 75% of the time spent in the territory. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing new business, visiting customers and prospects, building relationships and creating long-term commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with customers, agents, dealers and distributors.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Visit customers and prospects regularly.
• Manage the sales pipeline, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasts.
• Participate in trade shows, demonstrations and industry events.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to develop customer solutions.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence.
• Support the sales-to-order handover and post-installation follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in industrial machinery, capital equipment or technical sales is strongly preferred.

What We Offer

• Salary range: $60,000–$75,000, depending on qualifications, experience and other job-related considerations.
• Commissions on direct sales and sales through dealers or distributors, depending on the discount applied.
