The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing scalable AI platforms for financial services.
Required Skills- 10 years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Python development
- Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
- Experience integrating LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or Mistral
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
- Strong knowledge of vector databases including Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Milvus
- Experience with embedding models and semantic search
- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
- Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
