About the Role
Donato Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand relationships with direct clients in the US IT Staffing industry.
This role is ideal for a go-getter professional who thrives on building strong client connections, opening new business channels, and generating IT staffing requirements through direct outreach, meetings, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify, target, and develop new direct client relationships in the US market.
- Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and consulting services.
- Build a consistent pipeline of client requirements for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles.
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Strengthen long-term partnerships through regular engagement and proactive communication.
- Understand client business needs and align Donato Technologies’ capabilities accordingly.
Client Meetings & Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and networking outreach to decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Schedule in-person meetings, including lunch meetings, with prospective and existing clients.
- Present company capability statements, staffing solutions, and service offerings professionally.
Requirements Generation & Staffing Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiting teams to communicate client needs and prioritize open requirements.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and responsiveness to client staffing demands.
Market & Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed on IT staffing trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Represent Donato Technologies at local networking events and business forums when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or account management within the US IT Staffing industry.
- Strong ability to generate direct client requirements for IT positions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client prospecting, and face-to-face meetings.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a contract role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of direct clients or hiring managers in the Dallas or US market.
- Prior experience working with staffing firms or IT consulting companies.
- Veterans or individuals with experience in the police department or law enforcement are strongly encouraged to apply.
