What are the responsibilities and job description for the Materials And Process Engineer position at Donatech Corporation?
MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Materials and Process Engineer. Ideal candidates could have experience with similar job titles - Thin Film Coating Engineer or Optical Coating Engineer
Basic Qualification:
• Experienced in thin film coating designs and materials
• Experience with sputtered thin films design, processes, and equipment
• Roll to roll deposition and/or converting experience
• Familiar with thin film design and expertise in one or more thin film design tools: TFCalc, OptiLayer, FilmStar, FilmWizard
• Statistical methods and design of experiments
Required experience
• 5 years thin film coating designs and materials experience (level 2: 1-2 years)
• 5 years experience with sputtered thin films deposition (level 2: general knowledge)
• 2 years experience with roll to roll deposition and/or converting experience (level 2: no experience required)
Desired Skills:
• Programming experience and Visual Basic Macro Scripting or similar analysis software
• Experience with Optical Spectrometer, SEM, XRF measurements and interpreting the results
Salary : $67 - $70
