Manufacturing Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our manufacturing plant in Ocala, FL. This role involves assisting with various physical tasks across the plant, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment as needed
• Support the setup and cleanup of work sites, including preparing tools and supplies
• Perform general labor tasks such as packing, lifting, carrying, and cleaning
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
• Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
