Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:
- Full-time
- Day shift
- 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Rotating weekends
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:
- State of Tennessee licensure (or eligible) as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
Donalson Care Center is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Nursing Home facility in a full-time position.
The basic purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurse technicians.
Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing intervention, and procedures as necessary for the care of the resident.
- Identify resident care problems and communicates them to RN.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care.
- Perform all responsibilities/duties required by the LPN position in the scope of service.
