The General Assembly role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Role Responsibilities
- Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
- Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
- Follow theoretical and practical instructions
- Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high-quality air filtration product
- Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
- Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
- Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
- Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment
- Follow written and oral instruction
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Preferred Qualifications
- Follow set-up sheets, route sheets, and first-piece inspection sheets
- Exhibit mechanical aptitude
- Problem solve efficiently and effectively
- Retain knowledge of the department of operation
- Make sound decisions & maintain consistent high quality in work habits
- Maintain accurate records
- Exhibit attention to detail
- Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees
- Work in a team environment toward a common goal.
