Sales Representative
Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles. This position is ideal for someone passionate about watches, jewelry, and (or) sales who is eager to build lasting client relationships while contributing to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and industry trends
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, clearly highlighting features and benefits of the merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies
- Participate in product knowledge sessions with buyers and vendors
- Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to assist with sales and merchandising
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise and provide a high-quality shopping experience
- Manage all aspects of sales transactions, including operating cash registers and repair orders
Qualifications:
- Passion for sales, watches, and/or jewelry (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships
- Willingness to develop in-depth product knowledge and become a trusted expert
- Technical background or knowledge is a plus
