QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
CORPORATE POSITION
Shift: Full Time Position
Pay: Salary range $80,000 - $96,000
Location: Central California, within Donaghy’s 26 county Footprint. North border: including Napa, Butte & Sierra Counties to the South border: including Monterey, Kings & Tulare. Ideal candidate to live in either Stanislaus or Merced County to better access and commute to the different parts of the territory.
Schedule: 5 days a week, which may include weekends, travel required; adherence to planned calendar. Company vehicle & expense plan.

Position Objective: To ensure Donaghy Sales is following our Suppliers proper first in first out processes, product flow standards, “quality first best-efforts” including warehouse and in-market rotational practices at every level. Done properly our success will store and ship our consumers the best quality and freshest tasting product within our territories. This position will also check up on third-party draft cleaner’s adherence to cleaning practices and scheduled frequencies. Employee equipment, vehicle checks, and POS audits will also be performed.
Position responsibilities: Maintains records and daily work logs with electronic reporting systems. Audit facilities, transportation methods & accounts for adherence to quality & rotational practices. In addition to the primary duties and objectives the position may require duties to help support overall team needs, flexibility to job demands is essential. Will be required to lift and/or move up to or more than 40 pounds. Travel is required to company warehouse facilities & customer premises.
Preferred Education & Experience: 2-3 years of CPG experience with perishable products, “beverage industry" recommended. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree or previous Military experience. Offer of employment and contingent pending successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Reports to: The Donaghy Sales “Corporate, Quality Control Manager” position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales & Operations.
