The Role:
This position focuses on bead stringing and jewelry production. While training is provided, candidates must be comfortable working with small materials and maintaining a steady, efficient pace.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Stringing beads accurately and consistently
- Assembling jewelry components
- Maintaining quality standards across repeated designs
- Working independently and meeting production expectations
- Following established design patterns and instructions
Crimping and finishing techniques can be taught; however, comfort with repetitive, fine-motor work is essential.

You do not need formal jewelry experience, but you must:
- Be reliable and detail-oriented
- Work efficiently with your hands
- Have good eyesight and hand coordination
