🔹 Residential HVAC InstallerPay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential installation experience
- Own professional tools including:
- Torches
- Vacuum pump
- Micron gauge
- Digital gauges
- Multimeter (including rush amp testing)
- Manometer (static pressure testing)
- Tubing benders
- Swage kit
- Standard hand tools
- Experience installing high-efficiency inverter systems
- Familiarity with Amana S-Series and Daikin FIT systems preferred
- Clean, professional installations
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage your time independently
- Customer service focused
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check

Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Commercial HVAC installation experience
- Ability to lead projects and crews
- Experience with ductwork, RTUs, split systems, and commercial equipment
- Comfortable working on government facilities and secure projects
- Must be able to pass a background check for government and secured SCIF work
- Clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Quality workmanship and professionalism
