Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through warm calling and outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Lead negotiations to close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate records within VersiRent
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits clearly to clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with business development expertise.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other VersiRent tools for managing customer interactions and pipeline tracking.
- Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to evaluate client needs and market data effectively.
- Experience in marketing strategies related to sales growth is a plus.
- Ability to perform warm calling confidently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
