Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing knowledgeable support on truck equipment and hydraulic parts, ensuring their needs are accurately understood and fulfilled.
- Manage parts administration tasks, including processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Oversee inventory levels of truck equipment and hydraulic parts, conducting regular stock checks and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Perform data entry related to sales transactions, inventory updates, and customer information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Facilitate internal communication among team members to coordinate orders, stock management, and customer requests effectively.
