The role of the Outside Sales Representative is to grow our business by building and maintaining relationships with clients in the wholesale shower and bath sector. This role involves identifying new opportunities within an assigned territory, among a target industry group, developing relationships and delivering exceptional service while upholding the values of integrity, innovation, and respect. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, self-disciplined, goal-oriented environment and is motivated by both individual and team success. Heavy vehicle and occasional air travel required, depending on territory. Compensation is salary plus bonus based on tangible sales results.
Salary Range: $77,000 - $100,000
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate leads, secure new accounts, and expand existing account sales within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with glass shops, shower door installers, and affiliated providers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to assess customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
Sales Execution
- Present products and competitive pricing that align to customer needs.
- Track all opportunities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and local community functions to promote the company.
- Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold.
Customer Service
- Ensure seamless client experience by collaborating with operations and production teams.
- Handle client concerns or escalations with urgency and professionalism.
- Provide product education and follow-up support.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit reports, as requested on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and WBS product lines.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and company policies, including vehicle use and confidentiality.

- 3 years B2B Sales, or relevant experience
