We are upgrading, expanding, and making some much-needed additions to take our service department to the next level. We are looking to speak with high level, experienced technicians with a background in diesel and heavy engine repair. Prior Ford experience is a bonus, however Diesel Techs from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles
• Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems, such as brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions
• Assemble and disassemble vehicles for repair or maintenance purposes
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a mechanic required
• Ford experience a plus
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Est. Annual Earning range for this position range from $60,000.00 to $150,000.00

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on: Production Productivity
