Don Ringler Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, motivated Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to grow our commercial and fleet vehicle business throughout Central Texas.
This is a hands-on sales and leadership position for someone who knows how to build relationships with business owners, municipalities, school districts, contractors, fleet operators, and other commercial customers. The right candidate will be comfortable developing new business, maintaining long-term accounts, and managing fleet transactions from start to finish.
This is not a position where you simply wait for customers to walk through the door. We are looking for someone who wants to build and grow a commercial sales operation.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet customers throughout Central Texas
- Prospect for new business through phone, email, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Manage existing fleet and commercial accounts while actively growing the customer base
- Sell Chevrolet commercial vehicles, including trucks, vans, chassis cabs, and fleet units
- Work with businesses to understand vehicle needs, replacement cycles, specifications, and purchasing plans
- Prepare quotes, bids, fleet orders, and commercial vehicle proposals
- Coordinate vehicle ordering, upfitting, delivery, paperwork, and customer communication
- Work closely with dealership sales, finance, service, parts, and accounting departments
- Develop repeatable processes to ensure fleet deals are accurate, organized, and completed efficiently
- Track opportunities, customer activity, pending orders, deliveries, and future replacement needs
- Help develop the long-term strategy and growth of our Fleet & Commercial Department
What We're Looking For
- Experience in automotive, fleet, commercial vehicle, or B2B sales
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple customers, orders, and deliveries simultaneously
- Comfortable prospecting and developing business rather than relying solely on incoming leads
- Strong at building long-term customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with contracts, vehicle specifications, pricing, and paperwork
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and dealership departments
- Self-motivated and accountable for results
- Interested in building something for the long term
