Responsibilities:
- Manage the parts department and ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and organizing parts
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels
- Train and supervise parts department staff
Experience:
- Previous experience in parts management or a related field
- Familiarity with automotive service and repair processes
- Strong logistics and supply chain management skills
- Proficiency in order management systems and software
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Understanding of dealership operations and customer service principles
