Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to achieve high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Execute paint correction tasks such as buffing and polishing to restore vehicle luster and remove minor imperfections
- Apply protective treatments like waxing or window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance and durability
- Conduct inspections to identify areas needing special attention or repair, ensuring quality control before customer pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tools and work areas
- Assist with basic car wash procedures using professional equipment to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle care processes and addressing any special requests or concerns
Requirements
- Prior experience in car detailing, cleaning, or janitorial work preferred; familiarity with automotive cleaning products is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to operate car wash equipment, buffing machines, and other detailing tools safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques, including window tinting, buffing, and interior sanitation
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or test drives if required
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform detailed work in various environmental conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently
